Caesar's Camp Campaign – 'La Ferme de Caubert'

In this scenario the British have to either break the morale of the German defenders or take two of the four buildings in the farm complex – I'm beginning to think it may be too tough a nut to crack.

Great AAR

Nice AAR.
My 2 cents: With all that open ground, you have to take advantage of whatever cover there is. Try advancing the entire force on the East and close quickly on the zig-zag hedge line. It leads right to the SE building & allows some cover for the advance. Off-load the vickers using its carrier as cover to some extent, and lay down fire if Jerry gets to the hedge line before you. 2" mortars would be laying smoke in front of those IG's to restrict their fire, then provide smoke along the hedge line ahead of the advance to the buildinngs.
It is a tough nut to crack with those meager troops and all that open ground, especially on the West flank.
