Twilight of the Sun King would fit. I own several sets of these rules. Some very good videos on YouTube covering game mechanics, battles and basing. Thanks. John

The Twilight of the Sun King rules would suit 10mm and there are also 4 scenario books covering this era. They are available from the society's site – link and also others. Details of the scenario books are here – link

King of the Battlefield. Easy to learn. Great for 1:1 or multiplayer games. I saw the author had found a few copies on the groups.io site. He had promised us a 20th anniversary edition so it looks pretty like Emperor of the Battlefield. Still waiting on that tempting thought.
