Earlier this week, I finished 5 GHQ M4 Shermans. With these, GHQ now has almost all the Shermans covered including several of the specialized ones. I did 4 of the Shermans with the applique armor on the turret and 1 with the bulged turret to add a little variety. Here are a few pictures.

Love your attention to detail, Pete. It is remarkable, at such a small scale, to be able to see _in detail_ the variances between production variants of the Sherman tank. For me it would elevate the gaming, although I recognize the details, even if pointed out, would be lost on many gamers. Still, for the enthusiast, it would be a deeply engaging experience. And … I also enjoyed Buckeye's blog, although I'm not sure how it landed in this thread. -Mark

….and the applique armor seems something late to get attention on Shermans in lots of miniature scales. The plates and the look pops here really great, Pete! |

Thank you very much, Mark 1, Cement Head, and FlyXwire! I really appreciate it. I don't know how Darryl's post ended up on this thread. Maybe the bug? GHQ does make all the major Sherman types and many if not most of the variants as well. |
