Today I started to publish a "non-contemporary" series, as I want to relaunch the Russian section on my site Napoleon Online. So I prepared the first of four parts of a postcard series published at the end of the 1980s. The artist Parchaew painted the plates which show at least all kinds of units in the Russian army of 1812 – which may also be used for research of the 1813-14 Russians. You find the plates of the first series at link Greetings from Berlin Markus Stein |
