The almost-platform boots are unusual, but at least the heels are plausible. The weapon is not insanely oversized. Good proportions, pose, and expression. Good paint job.

I think that the thing being used for flagpole must have had some other purpose originally. The flange is going to prevent it from being staked deep enough to stay up in a wind. Maybe it's just intended to be held by a flag bearer.

I like it overall.
