Recently a family donated "Dad's" collection to the Library. The Library in turn contacted the FLGS to help liquidate the collection for the Friends of the Library.

My question is: Can we find out who else in town is ordering from manufacurers? I ask because there is SO MUCH stuff in this case and who else was he playing with?

In this case it is nearly all Old Glory (15s and 25s).

I'd suggest you email the Old Glory crew and explain your dilemma. They might be willing to help you, at least by forwarding a notice to their clients.

That was what I was thinking.

Maybe online retailers could have an option to be included in a directory. It would be nice to get counts of orders by Postal code

When Terry Shocky passed, his best friend, John, took his collection to the monthly CMH club meetings and just asked for a donation for the family. Terry (like many of us) had been collecting stuff over the decades but finally all of it went. The family was really appreciative not having to deal with the situation and Terry would have been happy that his collections ended up in the hands of his friends and fellow CMH club members who appreciated his efforts. (CMH=Colorado Military Historians- since 1967)

Maybe , Mark, you could do something similar?
