I had thought the RHA figures I used for my rocket troop were Phoenix Model Developments (PMD) but there is now some question as to whether they're Les Higgins (LH).

Does anyone out there know what they are and maybe have a link to some listings with photos?

Based on the figure bases(no pun intended) I don't think they are LH figures. I have never seen any of his figures on small square bases like those have.

Now, granted, I haven't seen every figure he did, but based on the ones I have seen and owned the bases are wrong.

Whomever produced the figures, they have been excellently painted! Not a fan of gloss finishes but that does not belittle the attention of detail presented!
