Is there a PEL available for Fall-In 2025? I couldn't find one. I'm hoping I don't have to sign up with TableTop.Events just to see what the events are… |

Pretty sure you will. They were, at least as late as Historicon, still printing up events lists you could read once you get there, but all the advance stuff is now digital and done through TTE. You'll have to register through TTE to attend anyway, so it's pretty much inescapable. |

Event submissions open on August 8th. Submission deadline is September 8th for "large" events and September 29th for others. Ticket sales start on October 3rd. Per Robert, yes, TTE is the only way to go to see things in advance. |

Tabletop Events allows you to download the event list as a csv file for spreadsheet usage. |

Thanks all. A buddy of mine pointed out – with some glee – that I had overlooked the fact that event submissions haven't even started yet. I understand to register, I'll need a Tabletop Events account, but I was just hoping to see the PEL first. |

All in good time, but as for how it all works with Tabletop Events think it's as good as it can be. At Historicon signed up for event, switched, was kept informed on the events chosen. Checked in and all was good. |

Jesus Murphy. I think the PEL just opened up to folks to register games. Give us a second to figure out what we want to run, buddy. Eric |

Codiver, The nice thing of TTE is the PEL is live once Event submissions opens. Remember 16 gaming hours for Game Hosts to get a Game Host badge. 1) First step is to submit your events! 2) Step- Events manager needs to approve said event. This only means events manager has seen it and approved it. It does not mean they have figured out all your demands of "I need 2.5 hours of set up and run the game for 5 hours, then need 3 hours of take down" "oh and I want to start at 12 PM"- That means Events has to find a table that is open from 9:30 AM to 8 PM which pretty much means no one can use that table but you for that day. 3) If events manager has cleared all your demands and schedules it, it will appear in the live PEL in TTE. Well at least until you make the decision that your not coming and cancel on all your players and now that table is open for that whole day that you said you were running your game. Its a good idea to get your Table Top Events account set up now so you can follow the progress of the Shows Events! Club Games, General Games, Hobby U classes, War College Seminars, Tournement information, and Board Game offerings. Oh and dont forget to donate to Toys for Tots a Fall In! tradition! |

If we register ahead of time (I have) can we reserve a table at Wallys? I can't find the actual info :) Thank you |

Well, here we are less than 2 months from Fall In, and on Tabletop Events, there is exactly 1 event listed: Old Friends, New Enemies – Anglo-Japanese Naval War: 1937. I am rapidly becoming pessimistic on attending. I'm in Colorado Springs, and I'm not going to book a flight, car and hotel room without knowing there are a significant number of events I'm interested in. Bummer… |

I am rapidly becoming pessimistic on attending. God forbid those of us who run games every convention have some time to recover, come up with a scenario, and playtest between cons. Sorry we couldn't all have our games in 2 weeks after Historicon. |

You know TSD101, that's not a very good attitude to have to essentially a potential customer. I quickly realized after my initial post in early August, it was too early to reasonably expect to see the 2025 Fall-In PEL data – a point I thought I made clear that same day. However, in my considered opinion, two months is not too early – for the reasons I stated. Of course, your attitude has just added one reason for me lean toward skipping it… |

You know TSD101, that's not a very good attitude to have to essentially a potential customer. See that's where you're wrong. You're not my customer. I am not employed by nor represent HMGS in any capacity. I, like many others, am just a middle aged man bringing thousands of dollars worth of toys I spent hundreds of hours painting to run multiple games for the enjoyment of others convention after convention. Don't like the schedule set? Well you're free to volunteer to help and speed things up. Want changes? Feel free to run for the board. Tell the people what you wish to change and let them vote next election. |

Wow TSD101, you're making the decision easier and easier… |

If the opinion of 1 faceless individual on the internet makes the decision easy for you, then you were never set on coming in the first place. |
