My scale of choice is 10mm for company to battalion level games. I have some 15's that I used prior to jumping into 10's. I thought about using them for a platoon or 2 level game, but now I feel they are too small given that table space isnt an issue for me. Has anyone here made the switch from 15's to 20's when playing a platoon + game? I just don't see myself ever using my 15's again. |

I don't really think the size difference is big enough that I'd go from 15 to 20. We play both scales in WW2 regularly. We have even used the same terrain for both scales with a swap of a building or two. If you have a big enough table go 25/28. Also, assuming you'll limit games to a few vehicles per swide. |

Went from 15mm to 20mm AB back to 15mm platoon+ a side games. I just liked 15mm more, all individually based. I use a scenic marker on the base, like a white flower flocking or rock, to denote a Thompson from a carbine for example. I never have a problem from a distance. I do have painted 28mm infantry, but those are just for display. |
