Nicely done. Thank you. Just thinking. You could leave a board up for "British in Afghanistan" or even "British Outpost in Afghanistan" and keep changing out the castings between games. (Same thing works for American "woodland wars" of course.)

Good points on re-using the terrain set up. As our games are held in the public space we cannot leave a board up, but the terrain can certainly be re-used in a different scenario. I recently did this with a WWII skirmish game at a local convention. The small village was repurposed in the next session for a Three Musketeers scenario by taking out the vehicles and moving a few pieces around.

Patrick put this game on at GenCon this year. He ran a great game, nail bitingly close and it was a great time for all of us players.

After talking the game over with the lads the next morning id say he sold a few sets of the Bigger Battles too.
