Interesting, but at £91.00 GBP on Amazon UK I certainly won't be buying a copy!
Inter-library loan seems the only realistic possibility.
I can't help wondering whether charging such high prices for academic books on the grounds that not many copies will be sold creates a self-fulfilling prophecy.
