Certainly covers the later part of the 20th Century, but there were colonial wars and such going on far earlier than what is listed.

Fitzovich is correct. The century actually starts with the latter part of the Second Boer War (1899-1902). Spanish Morocco in the 1920s is the subject of a concurrent discussion here. Both World Wars included action in Africa. The period immediately after WW2 was full of armed conflict, from the Mau-Maus to the Simbas. That's just scratching the surface.

This is why I praise so highly manufacturers who go beyond the "tried and true" genres and come up with genuinely interesting and different sculpts.
Not that they're going to make a fortune out of them 🤷 but good on ya!
