He's back in the news again, showing little gratitude for being pardoned. You know. Jacob Chansley, flag painted on face, buffalo horn hat with raccoon tails… |

It amuses me that someone is looking for this. Might be a great application for the photo-to-STL-to-3D-printer workflow. There are certainly enough photos of him. It would be a fun mini to paint. If I wasn't swamped at the moment… |

Not my period, but I'd scan post-apoc lines. The photos I've seen of him have a definite post-apoc vibe to them. Odd, because he and we are clearly living in a cyberpunk world. I never cared much for either period, myself. My SF figures owe more to Edgar Rice Burroughs, CL Moore, Leigh Brackett and George Lucas. I'm going to scan YouTube again for "Our Patrol" and scream defiance at the 21st Century. |

The shalen figure from the esci barbarian warriors set is a pretty good match. |

35thOVI, I think I've lost the link to their website, do they still make those Escaped King Davids Hotel Massacrers? |

How long post an apocalypse would time need to pass before people adjusted to the new "reality" and thought that things had always been like that? "Go ahead and sleep in Timmy, we had The Apocalypse yesterday, the power is still off and there's too much debris in the road for the bus to get thru, so no school today. Later on we'll heat some thawed out frozen waffles for breakfast on the gas grill. Dad took his mom's silver down to the store to try to trade for dinner." |

"35thOVI, I think I've lost the link to their website, do they still make those Escaped King Davids Hotel Massacrers?" 🤔 I'm not sure, but possibly I'd check out their "October 7th" or their "9/11" lines. At least some figures might be usable. |

I believe they're all sold by Morons-R-Us. It's a set that includes: People Who Think the Pyramids Were Built By Extraterrestrials People Who Believe "Free Groceries" Could Be A Thing People Who Still Wear COVID Masks Hollywood Actors/Actresses/Directors Musicians (actually a continuous recast product) Russian Collusion Hoaxers (also sold as Intelligence Agency Bureaucrats/Media Loudmouths/WhinyB****es) Greta Thunberg |

Thank y'all for being so helpful. 🙄 I know there is a Lego US Capitol, but it's the wrong scale. I don't want a full army of traitorous scum, who stood down and stood by, determined to void the sacred Constitution. I just want one loon. |

Yehudi Menuhin was a moron? Wow, he hid that well. |

I think those are fox tails, not raccoon? Or even fake fur. Raccoon tails are not that thick. He's a goofball, but I can see how this could be a "fun" figure to use in some campaign, Pulp or Fantasy witchdoctor or whatever. |

Oh, and if you think COVID is a joke, my mate has a message for you: Tell that to the guy on the ventilator who died. My mate was in hospital for 3 days with the new variant and the guy next to him on the ventilator died. |

OFM, I'm dropping out. I've spent too much time searching for too little result. But I think your best bet is to buy a plains Indian head with the buffalo horn hat, then look through post-apoc sites for a torso you like. |
79thPA | 27 Jul 2025 5:19 a.m. PST |
Either that, or a post-apoc figure and a lot of putty. |

I don't think COVID was a joke. I think the masks were. An N95 masks filters out particles down to approximately 300 microns in diameter. The COVID virus is less than 180 microns in diameter. You do the math. And the surgical masks? Even sillier. Multiple studies have since concluded that none of the masks did anything to prevent the spread of COVID. So I'm sorry for all those who lost loved ones due to COVID. That's no joke. But that's got nothing to do with the notion that a mask, or social distancing, or even that vaccine would "protect" anyone from catching the disease. Because none of that did anything of the sort. (And yes, I got the vaccine and two boosters— and still got COVID. My doctor put me on Paxlovid (sp?), and I recovered in about two weeks. But then I also didn't have any co-morbidity things going on.) But the joke was about people still wearing masks today. It does nothing for them; might as well wear a charm against the Evil Eye. And thus, they're on my list. |
