Very cool. I shall look at my Worcestershire with more respect in the future as we do not use Asian fish sauces

Asian fish-sauce – pretty good on steak.

Wash the steak, pat it dry, rub fish-sauce, fridge for 30 minutes.

Put steak in cold skillet. Apply heat, leave to develope barke, turn over, do edges.

Check internal temp per desired doneness.

Leave to rest.

Consume, Enjoy. Yumm.
