"Normally, it's the Western Powers who are remembered for developing some of the most innovative and conceptual weapons of the Second World War. But when it came to experimental military technologies, Japan suffered from no shortage of ideas. Here are 11 you should know about…."

Come on Armand – all the Japanese WW2 secret-weapons were rubbish.

My Father enjoyed shooting down Japanese warplanes with his naval pom-pom guns.

Good post-war Japanese secret-weapons include:

- Walkman
- Sushi and Wasabi
- Wagyu beef
- Anime
- Toyota Motor Cars
- Lexus Motor Cars
- Subaru Motor Cars
- Certain people also like Honda

Japan suffered from no shortage of ideas.

And I designed quite a few super weapons in 6th Grade.
Like Japan, none made it into prototypes, let alone full scale production.
