Chum Chris has been revisiting Beneath the Lilly Banners II, for our second game we had a relatively small Great Northern War with my Swedes and Chris's Russians. Full write up on the blog but end result encouraging and we will be re-visiting, probably with more figures and slight adjustments to increase movement. link

Looks great! I am a fan of the rules and hope the new edition gets it right and fixes all the wrong stuff ie; sometimes the Allies lose! |

Looks good. What rules do you use other than BLB? |

Cheers guys, we have tried much amended Black Powder but it still felt like all the other Black Powder games we have played for other periods. Also tried GAPA but couldnt get to grips with it. Interesting thought processes that just didnt translate to an enjoyable game. |
