Work has continued with my new AWI collection being put together intime for the upcoming commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by the United States with the addition of the 3rd New York Continental Regiment.

The 3rd New York were involved in the campaigns through western New York, famously responsible for holding Fort Stanwix during the Battle of Oriskany in 1777, and later taking part in the punitive expedition against the Iroquois in the Sullivan and Clinton Campaign of 1779.

Beautifully done. I love gaming the American Revolution, so many different uniforms and diversity…from spit and polish Hessians to painted Indians, and ragged militia…it all looks so great on the table.
