Gents: I received an extra Minifig 25mm British Naval Brigade from a recent order. The miniature is from the Boxer Rebellion (1900) which a valise or bed roll (Backpack etc). What is not clear is this equipment's color. Please see the flickr image below. Thanks.

Good question – one might assume black but I have seen black and white photos of British naval brigade troops who seem to have lighter coloured equipment than their jackets (which were presumably blue) – looks like a mid brown |
