The rules were specifically written for the Battle of Lake Erie in the War of 1812. Each ship had a page with the outline of the ship in the center and locations around the ship where you could assign crew to fire guns, handle the sails, do repairs, etc. Sounds a bit like Sails of Glory but these were not professionally published rules. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
