Got this the other day. I with a bit of reluctance placed an order, the good news is they contacted me and answered emails very quickly We're back! And with answers. It's been a rocky few months so we wanted to update all our customers at once regarding our silence.
First, our sincerest apologies for any missed emails or delayed orders.
John had open heart surgery last month and while he is strong and in recovery, he still has a long road to recovery.
We're currently working overtime to get all orders out of the door, some of you may have already received confirmation about tracking, we ask all our customers be patient with us during this time and keep an eye out for fulfillment confirmations as we are making sure to update with tracking numbers. For a current time frame of fulfillment please read the new FAQ.

I got that as well. I thought it was kind of ironic because he never responded to emails before his heart problems. Let us know how it goes. Someone who actually understood business could do well being captain of that ship. |

Is that Black Tree USA or the UK version? I have only had good experiences with the UK version. |

I placed an order on the UK site about a year ago. I have received nothing and have not received any responses to my emails. I have essentialy given up on this one. NEVER AGAIN! |

Brennus and I have the same problem, no communication from UK Black Tree. I tried to cancel some of my order as I got them elsewhere, and still no action. I am the same, NEVER AGAIN.!!! |

My last order I had refunded via PayPal after 4 month with no contact. This order via the UK site was acknowledge by a email (in addition to the system one) I live in hope. |

Black Tree UK were banned from TMP years ago, when they were caught using sock puppet accounts to promote their products and fault competitors. There has been a consumer warning on their listing in the TMP Manufacturers Directory for many years as well. |

Got the same email. For what it's worth, I have never had a problem with Black Tree orders (US). |

I haven't ordered from Black Tree US in a few years, but they always came through. It might take 2 months, but I always received my orders. |
