Buyer beware. I placed an order on 7th May for a mat having had a poor experience previously. I was willing to give them another go as they were apparently under new ownership. After much chasing they sent me the wrong mat. After further chasing, I had a shipping notification through 'Shop', last Sunday, which gives no tracking number. As of today, the deadline I had set, I've had no mat and I'm £53.00 GBP out of pocket. The mat I ordered should have been on premium hemmed cloth, as advertised on the website. They sent me a vinyl sheet that's of no use to me. Never again. If you deal with this company, be prepared to lose your money. (I have a trail of emails, one of which is now no longer in in use and bounces back any emails sent to it. Richard has changed his name to James. I have no idea who is running the company.) |

I know. It was a chance for them to redeem themselves under their new banner with a new start. My own fault for placing trust in them. |

Yep, I had similar.
Richard posted on here he would provide the mat.
Emailed him, he asked for confirmation on what it was (you would have thought he had a record of the order) and said it would be despatched shortly. It never came and I doubt it will. Shame as I have had some great mats from them (the Western town one in particular) in the past. |
