Years ago, I came upon a set of WW1 semi-skirmish rules called Trench Raider by, I think, Jim Wallman – at least it was from a free wargames site he has many rulesets on.
I recently tried to access the site but only error messages & there does not seem to be any such rules on either Jim or the freewargames site
Does anyone have a copy or know of how to access old sites like this?
I'd greatly apreciate it.

Regards,

Jae

Thanks, I lost those rules too & now I have them again ;)
However, the rule set I was looking for was definitely called Trench Raider.
Looks like Jim was not the author but I must've got ot from the free wargames sites he posts his rules on.

Thanks again,

Jae

You've got me interested in finding the rules. I have played a similar set of rules published in Wargames Illustrated Issue 235. They are a lot of fun, especially throwing a live hand grenade back and forth!

Yeah, they were very much like that & had rules for using plate & chainmail armour & maces by the stormtroopers. If you find 'em, gimme a shout?

Cheers,

Jae
