V for Victory is a new (newish) game. Is it worth going down that rabbit hole? What are your thoughts?

The game is from Tomahawk Studios. Is it just another SAGA game (Saga:WW2), or is it actually different?

Hi We have played several games in our club using these rule. It is closer to the Congo game then Saga. It plays fast and is mostly a Infantry action style game.

Looks good. I've been tempted.

I tried it a couple of times. Too rooted in SAGA and Congo to feel like a WW2 skirmish game for me, and I didn't care for the dice mechanics or the writing. Wackmole bought my copy. Hopefully he likes it!

I did and thanks again

There are a couple of simple YouTube vids about playing V for Victory.

Looks interesting enough, and since we don't have to buy any new figures for the game – we can simply just use our Bolt Action collection – it is worth at least a try.

Let me know what you think. I think Saga is a great system.
