You haven't mentioned what you've ordered. They tend to batch print specialist titles – this can take a few days. |

Ordered many many times to Australia. Always great service. Only had one occasion where I emailed them when it had been a while and they checked and came straight back saying it had been missed and it was sent special service. |

Ordered many times to Belgium without any issues. He is a member of the IOSS which means I can receive stuff here in the EU from him without having to go through the cumbersome and expensive Belgian customs procedure. |

Never had a problem with Caliver. Did have one order where the package came apart and one of the books fell out. They responded immediately, asked for a pic for the insurance claim, and a replacement book arrived in a few weeks. pjm |

I had four orders with Caliver Books/Minifigs. The first two were good. The last two I received extra figures I didn't order and less figures I did order. I notified Minifigs on order #3 with images and an explanation. Minifigs provided the missing figures with order #4. Regarding order #4, Minifigs again provided an extra figure I did not order and one less figure Idid order. I emailed them yesterday with images and an explanation. I had email them twice for order #3. Personally, I audit my orders when I receive them. I recommend doing the same especially for large orders. I have ordered miniatures from Empress, Perry, and Wargames Foundry. No issues were experienced with them. |
