All,
Greetings, and welcome to my collection of Soviet heavy metal! I painted absolutely zero on this force, it's all bought from other folks. Everything but the three trucks comes from my buddy Dustin; the trucks were off a guy on Ebay. Soviet stuff is generally pretty easy, right, just throw some green on them, but they did a great job with decals and weathering. I noticed that some early war stuff was done in more of a forest green, while some others and the later war stuff was done in more of an olive green. I think everything but the trucks and Su-76s (which are 3D printed) are from Warlord/Italeri.
The whole mess: two IS-2s, an Su-85, an Su-122, a KV-1 (with separate turret to make it a KV-2), two T-26s, two BT-7s, a 1940 model T-34, two 1942 model T-34s, two Su-76s, a Ba-64, a Ba-10, and three Studebaker trucks.
A Ba-10 armored car.
A pair of BT-7s.
And the two IS-2s, veritable monsters.

I think they look nice, and overall I think they'll see me through pretty much any scenario. I'm a wargaming megalomaniac, so well enough is never enough; I've got a pair of T-60s on the way, and I'd like to have some T-34/85s, probably some Lend-Lease stuff too, at least a Valentine or two, maybe a 'Coffin for Seven Brothers.' ;) Oh, and I have an M3 scout car that I've primed but haven't painted; not too worried about jeeps, motorcycles, or halftracks for the Soviets, though I do have some cavalry waiting to be painted. Not vehicles, but I'd also like to get my hands on some paratroopers, partisans, and naval infantry. Ugh, it never ends…
I know there must be some serious 'Jack fatigue' out there, so I am pleased to inform you THIS IS THE LAST OF THE WWII FORCES!!! I have some 'Ultramodern' stuff to post tomorrow night, and then I'm caught up with all the forces I've finished (quite a bit more waiting on paintjobs).
V/R,
Jack
