A while ago I bought some of these & need more but can't remember where I got them from. Spent the afternoon searching to no avail. Any ideas?

I went to Amazon and typed D3 dice. A ton of results cme up

Jae Nopatronymic09 Jun 2025 12:11 p.m. PST

As did I. And I've just done it again.
There were some d3 mixed in with *tons* of d6 & other variants as well as sets of polyhedral mixes but still can't seperate the whear from the chaff, hence my frustration. I could find no dice that fits my criterea
I need a reference to a site that gives me such d3s

Thanks in anticipation

Jae

There's lots of six-sided D3 on eBay.

Etsy has them.

I use to carry them but slow sellers. I would suggest buying blank dice , many colors are available. Then you can put whatever numbers you need.

If I'm understanding the question correctly.

more colors available.

Good suggestions all. I visited (or evisited in most cases) the sites mentioned & in among the d6 & poly dice there were some that nerly fit my criterea bu I can't consider as they were in sets of different colours or had pips not numbers or based in the US meaning excessive postage :)

Unfortunately, none had both blue dice with white numbers or red dice with black but there must be a company out there selling them as I bought them before

Thanks for all you help – I'll have to go to a wargame show or two…

We get them as special orders. Retail is currently .55. Not yet affected by tariffs. Maker is Chessex.
Colors are black w/ white numbers, black w/ gold numbers, green, gray and pink.
Not really a high demand item.

I'd roll a d6 and divide by 2 rounding up.

Don't like doing maths during a game – should be "say what you see" in my book.
Also, I *have* a few of these dice that I must've bought from somewhere, I just can't find where.
Plus I want specific colours for specific armies…
OCD's a b*tch :(

Jae

I think mine are from diceshoponline, but I rarely bother to use those since it's easier to just reach for a d6. It can be confusing also to have dice around the table with different numbers on the sides, but that otherwise look similar. I have some 20-sided d10 as well. Those are very nice and roll much better than those hideous 10-sided d10, but I worry about accidentally rolling one when I was intending to roll a regular 1-20 d20. I would only use those special dice like 6-sided d3 in a game that did not also use regular 6-sided d6.
