No idea – it is a book we are supposed to buy ! Have you read it and can reccommend it ? What is the strength of the book, and what the new research found in it ? Or why did you post this link ? The one reviewer at Amazon was very disappointed. |

Links like this, which have a "possibly interesting" title, but lead to nothing, are waisting my time, That's why I wasted even more time to give a feedback, in the hope that in the future you actually look at whether your links actually provide any information. |

Glad to know that the dozens of books I have post here were of complete interest to you because you haven't made this type of explosive comment before in any of them… it's not worth all that bad blood… move on and that's it.
