By "dog skull" do you mean jugging? I'd also consider Jetan--the Manator version, where players defended their spaces, though presumably not to the death. |

Ought also to have said that jugging is a good choice. The Olympics people would probably make you use a plastic skull and wear protective gear these days, though. |

I did read that dogskull/jugging was being played in the eastern states somewhere, at while back. So someone figured it out. Couldn't be worse than raygun. Pod racing could work. Two rockets and a sled that gets airborne. Should have build your own instructions mail away in an old comic somewhere?? Robot Jox? Real Steel? Won't be long. In reality Olympic sports should have human physical attributes. Besides that chess or go should be first before anything else anyway. Ender's Game, game? Nukem from RoboCop, board game, but fun! Mash-Ti from Time Trax. Anything Gladiators!!! Does Starship troopers training count?? That endurance thing from escape from absylom with the rings of broken glass aroung your neck. Did we mention wizards chess? |
