Stamps document a lot of our history and even military uniforms. Usually I have to get a First Day Cover with the Art to support a stamp – but below are my top three I have mounted on my wall

What would be your favorites?

Recently the US Postal Service Issued one of my favorite sets of stamps – of American Revolution Battlefields

I have the Iwo Jima stamps and the US Navy Submarines set. I recently picked up the Forever Stamps with the Eagle Globe and Anchor celebrating the Marine Corps 250th

I have both ACW Centennial and WW2 stamps in my store. I enjoy them.
I also have a number of East European stamps depicting knight and other medieval soldiers.

I have on the wall a Marshall Island set of the 'Fighting Ships of the 50 States' – stamps depicting the various Battleships named after US states.

Going against the grain a bit, but I liked the old National Park stamps (1934 edition). Still have them plus the ACW Centennial ones stuck away somewhere.

A set my father gave me many years ago. A Zulu War commemorative set of four stamps I believe, depicting the more famous actions. It's still around somewhere.

I dont have them but in 1966 I recall the Bayeux Tapestry stamps which came in a long strip
and no you were NOT supposed to separate them
