You were asked – TMP link Of these, who do you see as the biggest threat? 35% said "China" 24% said "Radical Islam/Iran" 14% said "Russia" 1% said "North Korea" |

Sir Garnet Woolesly said at the turn of the 20th century, that he saw the US and China as opponents at Armageddon! |

Sir Garnet Woolesly was a very able and perceptive man. I have a figure honoring him in my ACW Confederate HQ scene. My man is Sir Diamond Cottensly. |

When I was in school in the 1970s, we did not use the term greatest threat. We used mostly to be a confrontation the soonest. Latin American was the highest ranked in Foreign Relations class. Latin American drug cartels is still a significant threat. As long as we have economic ties with China and Russia, they are down graded to saber rattling. I do worry on a threat based on religion , so radical Islam of those on your list. |

China by far … they are 20% of the world's population. They do look at everyone else as inferiors, like many islamic fundamentalists do. Radical islam/Iran, still want to kill all the infidels and go to paradise. They are a death cult. They can never be allowed to get WMDs of any type. Their religious fanaticism makes they dangerous. They don't care if they die … Russia has proven to be a paper bear, if they didn't have nukes no one would pay them any mind. Un of the North knows he can saber rattle with his nukes. But he knows if he tried to attack the South. The North would be defeated soundly, but many losses to all involved. He also knows he and his regime if not killed in the war. Would be all war criminals … |

Just read a news article which asked the same question. The author determined that China was not the greatest threat to America. It was American internal radicalism. |
Legion 4 | 31 May 2025 9:00 p.m. PST |
It was American internal radicalism. That is some in the media's, etc. go to narrative. Everything is about racism … or Trans Rights … or Climate Change … or Illegal Alien rights … etc., etc. … pick one … |

Now why would she do this!? "Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, who is up for reelection next year, garnered backlash Tuesday after vetoing a bill aimed at preventing China from buying up land next to strategic assets, such as military bases." "Hobbs, in her defense of the veto, added that in addition to being ineffective at countering Chinese espionage efforts, the bill lacked "clear implementation criteria," which opened the door for "arbitrary enforcement." However, the bill went through a bipartisan amendment process in an effort to assuage those concerns that the legislation might lead to discrimination in land sales, according to local outlet the AZ Mirror. The initial version of the bill banned certain people and entities deemed to be national security threats from buying up land in Arizona, but following subsequent amendments the bill only sought to ban Chinese government-linked entities and its subsidiaries." 🤔 might there be Chinese money in the old campaign donations woodpile? Now if I was like the old "Russian Collusion" crowd, I might scream: Chinese Collusion in the Arizona elections! But I'm not. 😉 Subject: 'Insane': Dem governor slammed after vetoing bill restricting Chinese land purchases link |

It is hard to argue with your conclusion 35th. I agree, I can't see why one would veto this. China has put tons of money into the US. I would assume they are buying politicians or at least dumping money in the their campaigns. The one that baffles me is the Congressman, I can't think of his name, that was on a select intelligence committee that was sleeping with a Chinese spy. Nothing happened to the guy and now he is a big wig in the Democrat Party. What is up with that?? |
Tortorella | 04 Jun 2025 11:30 a.m. PST |
I don't think he is a big wig. There are none. There is Chinese money in many campaign woodpiles, think- I like this image! The Prez has had many business connections with them, their huge state bank was the main tenant at Trump tower. Campaign reform was torpedoed by the SC. Without this and term limits, elective offices are for sale. |

Grattan: Rep. Eric Swalwell Was with "Fang Fang" Maybe Gov. Katie Hobbs has her "Wang Wang". 🤔 😉 Actually the university of Michigan incident with the two Chinese is the much more serious and would qualify as bio warfare. Not that the Chinese have not done this before. But this time caught shall we say, "red" handed. |

Rep. Eric Swalwell Was with "Fang Fang" Him and Ro Khanna (D-CA) both! And lets not forget Sen Feinstein's personal driver of many years also turned out to be a Chinese spy. |

This should be receiving much more attention. This is a continuing pattern. So many things from China have impacted our economy and elections recently, not to exclude the deaths of so many of our citizens. Covid, Spotted Lanternfly, Asian Longhorned Beetle, Emerald Ash Borer…… What would have been the impact on our 26 and 28 elections, if this had taken (or has already taken effect), in our agriculture?! To our economy? Our citizens? I know we cannot cut relations in total from China. Our short sighted heads of business and politicians have made us too interdependent! But it is past time we reciprocate. It is PAST time we allow no more student visas and the ability of the Chinese to buy land in the U.S. "After the pattern of recent covert communist Chinese infiltrations of the U.S. continued with the arrest of two suspected "bioterrorists" in Michigan this week, one expert said it's time to sever relations with China completely.
"The only way to stop this is to sever relations with China," attorney and Chinese Communist Party expert Gordon Chang told Fox News Digital. "And I know people think that's drastic, but we are being overwhelmed, and we are going to get hit. And we are going to get hit really hard. Not just with COVID, not just with fentanyl, but perhaps with something worse." Chang was responding to recent news of Chinese nationals Yunqing Jian, 33, and her boyfriend Zunyong Liu, 34, who, over a two-year period, were allegedly smuggling Fusarium graminearum into the U.S. and studying it in labs. Jian was a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan, whose research was funded in part by the People's Republic of China. Fusarium graminearum is a toxic fungus that causes a crop-killing "head blight," a disease of wheat, barley, maize and rice that "is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year," according to the Department of Justice. It is also toxic to humans, and can cause vomiting, liver damage and "reproductive defects in humans and livestock." The PRC/CCP are our #1 enemy. They continue to demonstrate this almost daily. But yet … the Universities still take billions from them to pay for their students[spies, operatives, etc.] go there. Every time someone point this out and wants to stop it, the academic intellectual woke, left, liberal woke progressives say that is racist. As we see it appears many teachers at these schools preach anti-American, anti-West, anti-Semitic dogma. |

All these riots are fueled by left wing Americans, e.g. Soros, etc. who don't like the USA. For whatever skewed reasons. Along with laundered $ from the Chicoms, Russians, possibly some moslem nations/terrorist and a few others who want the end of the US and the West. It appears the DOJ, etc. are going track down where all this $ comes from to fund these riots. If they are from US sources, they could be charged with a number of crimes. Hope they will like Gitmo … Get a lot of sun screen … Let there be no double many islamists want to destroy Western culture, society, etc. IMO the biggest threat of who is most likely to use a nuke(s) are islamists. E.g. Iran and molsem terrorists/jihadis. If UBL and his scum could have got a Nuke. They would have used it on 9/11 … Pop Quiz … Who gave billions of $ to Iran ? Ignorantly thinking they change them into a civilized 20th-21st Century nation. Ignorant is not a strong enough word … |
SBminisguy | 12 Jun 2025 8:28 a.m. PST |
All these riots are fueled by left wing Americans Interesting speculation about cartel links, too. ICE informed the City of LA about their operation in advance, including their AO and general targets to local LEO would be aware. Someone in LA City government told CHIRLA and Antifa and others. One of the targets was a cartel front operation for money laundering, human trafficking and drugs. So when Antifa mobs the area, some of these cartel targets may have gotten away. |

That seems to be the what's going on … These riots are well funded, organized and a real threat to democracy … From inside the US and outside. |
