I have made many additions to my growing Roman town, so much so that it is almost a city now. One of the things that I like to do is to crouch down to table top level (subject to my knees allowing this) and look at the scenery from eye level of the figures on the table.

Here are some pictures that I took of my Roman town taken at tabletop level. Click the link to my blog for more pictures plus a tutorial on how to build a warehouse model.

I forgot to mention that this scenery is part of a Punic Wars skirmish game that I am running at Historicon this year.

Superb, Jim, as both a diorama and a wargames table.

Outstanding!

I also see that in Roman days construction workers also sometimes liked to lean on lumber rather than shift it!

Very nice.

But where is the House of Marcus Lycus? 😉

Very nice only missing the "horse apples" lying around.
