Is anyone aware of any aftermarket companies that make gun barrels for 12/10mm armor?

You can get brass rod or tubing at a comprehensive hobby shop. Particularly an old fashioned Mom & Pop model railroad shop.

Any idea what size? I mean, I'm guessing they have different widths? I might just trial and error it.

OR…..stop buying resin 1/144 tanks :) Damn barrels break far too often.

Take a sample of what you want to the store. Compare.
If you're "close enough", at that scale, it's purely cosmetic.
Old School. 😄

Plus, they're cheap.

Using this scale converter link
a 75mm gun inner dia. would be .0205 inches at 1/144 scale so a 1/32 rod should be close to the barrel od. link
Or you could use a 1/32 brass tube. link For a German gun you could cut off the muzzle brake and a small bit of the barrel and fit it into the tube.
For smaller guns you could use music wire. link
