The Epico variant of Renatio et Gloriam is out but you need to sign up on their forum to see and download it. It is still in playtest but the rules do work. Players will need the full Renatio et Gloriam and ideally the lists although anyone familiar with the period (c1500 – c1720) could use the (free) army builder and get by. Bottom line we are talking stand based models on a 120 cm by 90 cm (for 15mm) battlefield. The rules take a bit of getting into but are far from the brain melt of the old Gush rules. The take up is largely from ex-players of Field of Glory or De Bellus Renationis. It means small footprint, Epico is like Pacto in Mortem et Gloriam. The linked blog explains the details and goes through the full rules with AARs |
