Here is what I use:
Deep ravines, river beds, wadis that can hide infantry and vehicles but too steep to climb. Enter/exit only at the ends. Tall steep hills that cannot be climbed and block LOS Gradual slope hill that can be climbed that infantry can hide behind and tanks can use Hull Down/Reverse Slope Defense. Small rise that has vehicles hull down and infantry hiding behind like a trench. Small undulations and gullies/dry streambeds that have vehicle suspension down, and infantry can hide behind.
