Der Waffle Haus link This is a building made out of interlocking bricks, Lego type plastic bricks, but not actual Lego. It is scaled for 1/72nd scale figures. Likely the Red Box Police and Robbers will likely spend some time here. The restaurant is based on one from a TV show. The show used a real restaurant and then after the first episode they used a set based on, but not identical to the real restaurant. Later the same set was used on Stargate SG-1 TV show also. The model is not finished and won't likely be for a couple of months as I need some additional materials to complete it. Mike Bunkermeister Creek

A whole shopping centre? That will be good to see.
I think blue would be too "thick" a colour for windows; the grey sounds like a good option. |

I'm taking a stab at the Stargate SG1 episode. I don't recall the actual title, but I think of the sequence as "Daniel in the Diner of the Ancients" with the gal from Thirtysomething as the waitress/helpful Ancient. |

Clearly not based on an actual Waffle House. If it was there'd be several drunks in there fighting. I love the food though. |

Yes, Parzival that's the one. Dn, yes this is Der Waffle Haus, more like International House of Pancakes rather than Waffle House. I have been to Waffle House many times and it can be interesting…. Mike |
