I'm going to assume that that gigantic club is hollow and so light enough to be swung over the head. Spear seems reasonable, if a little thick.

Believable shoes.

Everybody was probably thin in those days, getting too much exercise and not enough food.

We don't have archaeological evidence of bikini wear, as far as I know, but absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, so I guess it's possible.
