All,

As promised, here are my mid to late war German paratroopers for the Eastern Front and Northwest Europe. These guys are all from Warlord Games, a rifle platoon made up of plastic multi-pose figures rounded out with some crew serves and specialists from their metal range. Nothing really to add in my commentary since I just covered the subject; it's the same guys, just painted differently! ;)

Right out the gate we've got a leader-type with 'piss-cutter' hat, pointing into the distance. Can anyone tell me what that is on his right front chest (compass, flashlight?)?

So, whaddaya think? I'm very happy with how they turned out. I'd like to have some more troops for the rifle platoon (this one and the Med force), so I've been thinking about buying another box of the plastic FJ, but… I'm not going to do that because I promised I would stop painting and start playing games ;)

Getting closer, but still more forces to photo and post and still more troops to finish painting.

V/R,
Jack
