Who currently makes figures in an Old School style for the horse and muskets period onward? Examples:

Minifigs
Irregular 42mm range
Copplestone Little Soldiers
Spencer Smith

What else is out there?

Hinchliffe Models. This is a new company of the same names as the original but they only produce the Hinchliffe ranges for the AWI and later. The ranges for earlier periods are now produced by Lancashire Games.

Spencer Smith has been sold to Wee Wolf Miniatures in the States, but they have not yet put the ranges back into production.

There's also Dixon, but some of their early ranges have just been bought by Lamming, but the details are a little unclear at present.

Elite Miniatures are not that old but their figures are very much in the old school style yet done very well.
Grubby Tanks has the ranges for Kennington, Britannia, Redoubt and others but are very hard to do business with.
Bicorne Miniatures have the old Connoisseur ranges in production.

And there's Mirliton SG of Italy who make some nice 15mm and 28mm ranges.

Nice one FusilierDan, of course there's also Jack Scruby in the States who seem to still be in business but I and some friends have tried for years, unsuccessfully, to purchase anything.

BillyNM

I've never tied to order from them but here's a link to their site.

The owner is on the FB page Table Top Talk and seems to be reworking some of the molds.

#FusilierDan – I've already got the link and did once over the years get an email response saying they would be prepared to sell to the UK but every other email since has remained unanswered. If you, or anyone else out there, can help by actually speaking to Mike Taber to find out what the problem is I would be grateful as I think some of his figures just ooze charm.

I didn't even know this posted; I received a 'timed out' notice when I tried posting it. . I was going to cross post it to other boards.

I forgot about RSM. I have bought and sold several of their armies. I will check out the others.

Fusilier Dan, Spencer Smith closed and stopped selling Shiny Toy Soldiers some time ago!

arthur1815, it appears you are correct. I had thought he had sold off some of the ranges but had held on to the Little Britons. I guess he hasn't put them back into production.

Wee Wolf Miniatures may have the STS range, they certainly have the SSM and Franco-Prussian ranges, the latter is already in production and on sale.
