yes Martin, the one that i have submitted a small claims court application against you for. The one which you been paid for by me, but have not delivered and have not paid a refund for despite your throw under the bus cowardly statement that your wife has done the refund for.

This is not the place to discuss this I think Julian, as you are taking me to court?

Your package was not delivered because we have banned you due to much previous abuse. We refunded the money as soon as we spotted it was you ordering. You can publish your pay pal statement here if you like?

I was happy to have you attend this gaming event (initially, see above).
Probably best that you do not attend this event, as you are being belligerent and hectoring? You would not be welcome by anyone there. The players want a pleasant day of gaming which your actions mitigate against.

You have been abusive and accusatory on all the forums you are able to post on (including a few times on TMP within forums).
You have sent me many abusive e mails referring to testicles et al.
I have always replied without using bad language and even gave you a free set of rules as you were so angry.

You are difficult to deal with, as your raging anger seems to cloud all correspondence.

Although this might be of some interest to a few, I suggest you wait until you have me in court and then tell all here about your legal triumph against the forces of injustice, cowardice, lack of testicles and corruption.

Maybe this can stop now (possibly not) ?

This is based on much previous experience with this person.
His anger cannot be satiated.

If we had not issued a refund then he can ask PayPal to do it.
But we did and he didn't.

The audience is either enjoying or suffering this.
If you are not enjoying this, please say so and maybe the pressure will stop this nonsense (probably a waste of time but who knows?)?

I'll jump in, why not?

I've purchased numerous items directly from Peter Pig since 2012 and never had an issue; quite the contrary, Martin has been nothing but forthright and gracious, even going out of his way to assist me with particulars for my 15mm skirmish projects.

That doesn't mean a mistake couldn't have been made, but past experience of my own and from others that have dealt with him suggest Martin would rectify the situation as soon as he became aware of it.

Mr Bonny, I'd say you've made your point on TMP (on multiple threads), and if your constant hounding has not yet brought you relief then there is clearly no sense in continuing to pursue a remedy here.

If the matter truly is headed to the court system then here is a sincere wish that justice be served for all involved parties; please update us on the outcome, but otherwise, how about we just stick to discussing playing with toy soldiers?

the responsibility of making the refund so that i receive it lies with you Martin. You need to check your payment has reached me, which it has not. i dont have a paypal account, i have a bank account.

This purchase was made by me using my bank card, not a paypal account. A payment via paypal will produce a paypal receipt which Paypal would email me to upon purchase. i have no such receipt from Paypal.

Now, if you have made the payment or not, it hasnt been received into my bank account, the account from which i made payment to you. croydon is a very long trip for you to be educated on such matters in a small claims court. you are being given many opportunities to find remedy to this problem.
