I have an opportunity to visit these coming up soon, but there's some driving involved, and I want to allow for sufficient time for the sites. Has anybody been to these? What can I expect to see? How would you rank them?

Been to Cowpens. I've been to many fields, mostly Civil War. Cowpens did not have a lot there. Some silhouettes outside and a small museum. But I can say I walked it and have been there. Does not take long.

If you are coming from the north you could add on Guildford Courthouse.

I have been to both on the same trips. One was with my wife. Cowpens has the best gift shop. Recommend both.
