I don't know if anyone has purchased this line but they appear to have made a nice line of figures from the Zulu War. Please check it out. |

Good Point. It's just another option. I like the Uthulwana Zulu Figures. It's all about taste. |

BTD is generally considered a bad word around here. |

For various reasons, some good and some not so good, BTD has a reputation for slow delivery. They do have a US branch in the Texas panhandle but sometimes ship from Britain. I have an Anglo-Saxon army of their figures, and the figures are nice, but you have to be patient, accept the fact that your order may not come as soon as you'd like, may be a partial shipment, and that one unshipped package may surprise you by turning up after you've forgotten you even ordered them. They came to our local convention in person with a display of figures once, long ago. I remember being impressed by the Zulu War British, and thinking I should do the Zulu War, something I'd never thought before. I was told a few years later that the six segments of the British helmet should have a depression separating them but instead were sculpted with a raised line, but they were otherwise fine figures. Look carefully, this could have changed. Grelber |
