An okay podcast.
I think there could be less swear words in the discussion, and his discussion of Woodland Scenic trees being "Crappy", but then not offering a good alternative to them wasn't nice.
I really also didn't see much in "tips". This is more of "basic common sense GM advice".
If you've run more than one convention game, or even a couple of large games at stores or home, then you pretty much know already everything he says.
It was a decent episode.

Very useful to me – thanks for the link! Particularly helpful to hear how LWTV Miles handles attitude problems, offensive t-shirts, and young players. I am an assistant-GM-in-training, trying to pick up as much as I can from others, and this podcast did not disappoint!
