To all TMP-ers in the Indianapolis area: I have come across an estate which includes several bookcase game sets, many appear new. Manufacturers are Avalon Hill, GDW, Victory Games, GMT, SPI, Decision Games, etc. There are two small bookcases full as well as boxes with rule sets and supplements. No minis that I could find but the estate also has many books with a focus on naval history. The family just wants them gone at this point and so are very motivated, bookcases can go too. I have no financial interest in this at all but told the family I would help rescue these games from the dumpster and hopefully get them into the hands of someone (or a club) which would appreciate them.
