Gotta agree with you Garryowen. I've seen some funky buildings in the South but never with a thatched roof.

Great minis!

The buildings do have a sort of Medieval Europe look – still look pretty good, though!

Some of those bluecoats look like the 3rd New Jersey – the famous "butterflies" – good job!

Very nice painting indeed.

There does appear to be a lot of braiding, normally the reserve of buglers ( militia unit?) and the houses seem European.

Nevertheless, rousing stuff indeed.
