Wonderful paint jobs but – the Jaegers seem to be missing their scabbards and Lutzow's lancers seem to be missing their sabres altogether?

Surely the biggest challenge to any painter of miniatures, basically black uniforms and equipment throughout. The highlighting on the Litewka and Shako cover is terrific.

Very smart.

I still constantly refer back to Rafa's book on painting miniatures, even though now I am doomed to 20mm/scale 1/72 figures. But my lighlighting always looks like zebra stripes when photographed. The human eye is more forgiving.

Beautiful painting but where are the scabbards as well as the swords?

Some have them but most do not.

Best wishes,

Chris
