My first venture into putting together a force for this period. My regular opponent has Romans and we played a game using Infamy, Infamy which does a nice job of representing asymmetric action on the frontiers. For that game we proxied some Saxons for the German tribes and so it was only right that I should paint up some real German warriors. These are from the Victrix plastic set and lovely animated figures they are too.

I like the skin tones, which look a bit subdued, like the warriors got dirty and dusty, as sometimes happens on campaign. Grelber |

Amazing, I love the look of these! I can only aspire to paint half as well! |

Do the decals or transfers come with them? Or must they be brought separately? |
