Funko Pop Town makes about 41 buildings, and the scales vary wildly. Usually I try and get them in the 15mm to 28mm range and so I have about a dozen of them. Others are mostly too small a scale, or not something I am interested in having.

They are usually from TV shows, movies, or Disneyland related. The buildings are very durable, molded in many colors and usable right from the box.

This house is generic enough that you could several of them and use them together as a housing tract, or repaint them and scatter them around a town and they would not look out of place.

Interesting. What do they run price wise?

$53.00 USD on Amazon.

New they typically sell for $35 USD, but they often go on sale a few months later for as little as $20 USD, but you have to go quickly. The scalpers will swoop in and buy a dozen and put them on Amazon for $53.00 USD USD.

I am sometimes lucky enough to get one new at retail or once or twice on sale. If you watch ebay the price goes up, way up, way way up, and then crashes after a while, then stabilizes at about $35 USD + postage.

Your mileage may vary.

The big advantage is they are sturdy, and require no work other than taking them out of the box. Scale varies wildly so be careful there. I am pretty good at judging based on the size of the Funko Pop figure, since I have purchased about a dozen of these.

They are also sold in stores and sometimes a store will have an exclusive one. They don't seem to last long.
