As part of a warm-up to play the Battle of Trafalgar at Exeter Legionary next month using Far Distant Ships (FDS), in this the 220th anniversary year of the battle, I set up and ran this small scenario at the Devon Wargames Group club meeting this month, recreating the attack by the lead ships of Admiral Collingwood's Leeward Column on a section of the Combined Fleets Line

We had several players around the table new to FDS and it was great to see how the play using them quickly became very interactive and intuitive as the game progressed which produced a great game and much enthusiasm for the rules.

Hi Chaps,
Thanks for your comments, much appreciated, and David, thank you for crafting such an enjoyable set of rules as we have had a lot of fun playing them.
