Just refreshing some (very) old figures and adding some more figures to other units to make them an even number to work better on grids requireing two bases abreast to fill the square. Still quite a way to go yet.

Well done. The old figures do have a certain charm, don't they?

I think it's always a challenge to match up figures & bases if you add to units long done.

You've done this seamlessly. The figures look great.

Thanks, the only bit I didn't even try to replicate are the spear tips. I used to flatten them before filing a fairly rough point, now I use my Drexel and tend to produce a rounder but much sharper point.

Dremel?

I've got one too & only my pin vise is more useful.

Yep, Dremel – can't explain that typo, the keys are miles apart.

Old figures are so evocative of games gone by. Also, if you are a basic painter like I am, then they only need a blockpaint, no fancy undercuts.
Your figures are lovely, well matched.
