I recently finished modeling a Roman basilica for my 54mm Punic Wars project.
Construction materials are mostly foam core board, bass wood, balsa wood and cardboard, plus Plastruct G Scale plastic roof tiles. Here is a link to my blog for many more pictures: link |

This is the first I've seen of your Roman work and it is jaw dropping! Wonderful stuff. |

Brutus in the Forum with a dagger. Brutus in Foro pugionem tulit. You need an obese News Reader, along with Vorenus and Pullo. |

Well there is a news reader of sorts in the picture, standing on the marble plinth, flapping his gums. :) |

For the guy with the striped robe and the head scarf for the woman, did you do that with a brush or a paint pen? I struggle with freehand stuff like that. |

More great work (and great photography!) from Jim. I am always deeply impressed with your dioramas, even though they're totally the wrong scale. |

YouTube link Mainstream Media. "All mockery of Jews and their one God will be kept to an appropriate minimum." Salve, Ian McNeese The only character to appear in every episode (did he? 🤷🙄) and survived numerous regime changes. Did Rome have a 1st Amendment? 🤔 |

Most of the figures are 1/30 scale (64-60mm) figures made by King and Country. I didn't paint any of them. I couldn't paint stripes as good as these. |
